• This course will introduce AV professionals to the concept and application of VoiceLift technology, exploring its unique role in enhancing in-room communication by subtly increasing audio gain. Attendees will learn about design goals, microphone selection, and the differences between VoiceLift and traditional PA systems, including AVIXA standards. Through examples of varied spaces, from meeting rooms to lecture halls, the course covers zoning, latency, and mix-minus techniques for effective audio coverage. Attendees will also review Sennheiser's tools for maximizing VoiceLift effectiveness, such as beamforming, intelligent noise control, and priority zones, ensuring best practices for achieving natural, clear sound.

2:30pm – 3:30pm Intelligent Video & Collaboration for Modern Day Environments

• A detailed overview of Crestron's intelligent video camera solutions,  highlighting features such as automatic group framing, presenter tracking, and intelligent switching for various meeting environments. We'll discuss the difference between 1Beyond Automate VX and Intelligent switching along with hardware requirements to integrate into almost any solution, emphasizing their application in corporate and educational settings for enhanced collaboration.

5:00pm – 5:30pm Crestron Experience Center Technology Tour 

• Located in the iconic NYC Design Center, the NYC Crestron Experience Center is a live showroom that has a variety of rooms of different sizes that highlight Crestron’s entire profile of solutions, including NVX, Flex, 1Beyond, Intelligent Video Solutions, Automation, Room Control, Scheduling and more. Tour the entire space and demo the technology with one of your local Crestron reps.
